Black Heart Association Unit:
- Blood pressure, full lipid panels, glucose results
- Free 1st mental and physical telehealth visit
- Genetic testing
THR Mobile Health Unit:
- Mammograms
- Well Woman Exams
- Take Home Colon Cancer Test Kits
Eligibility for Mammography Screening:
- Women 40 years of age and older
- Have no personal history of breast cancer
- Do not have breast implants
- Have no known breast lumps or other breast problems
- Are not pregnant or haven’t breastfed in the last 6 months
- Have not received a mammogram in the past 12 months
