Our financial assistance program provides limited support to eligible patients who live in Tarrant County to help cover essential, cancer-related expenses.  

What We Can Help With: 

Depending on eligibility and available funding, assistance may include: 

• Transportation Assistance: gas cards or Lyft rides to support treatment needs. 
• Health Insurance Premiums to help maintain coverage during treatment. 
• Medical Copays to support oncology visits, scans, or treatment-related expenses 
• Medication Costs for cancer-related prescriptions  
• Emergency Financial Assistance: limited help with urgent needs such as utilities, groceries and essential medical supplies  

Who Is Eligible:

To qualify for financial assistance, individuals must: 

• Be a resident of Tarrant County 
• Have a cancer diagnosis 
• Meet income guidelines (generally at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level) 
• Be currently in treatment, starting treatment soon, or recently completed treatment 

Limited support may also be available for survivors within a defined period following treatment

• Submit a request or be referred
• Connect with a Cancer Care Services social worker to review your needs 
• Provide basic documentation
• Receive support based on eligibility and available funds
