Come join us at Como Community Center for our 2024 Health Expo with speakers on health topics and vendors! There will be onsite mobile health units such as the Black Heart Association, Boys and Girls Club of Tarrant County, and Texas Health.

Black Heart Association Unit:

Blood pressure, full lipid panels, glucose results
Free 1st mental and physical telehealth visit
Genetic testing
