Arlington’s annual Aging Well Expo can help with that\, providing important tips and information on how to get the most out of life. \nWhat is the Aging Well Expo?\nThe Aging Well Expo for the 50+ adult is an in-person\, free\, fun\, and informational one-day event that brings businesses and the community together.  It’s a chance to interact with over 100 health professionals and attend a variety of interesting presentations on wellness.  There will be fitness demonstrations\, entertainment\, speakers\, and health screenings.  Our hope is to engage and encourage adults to leave motivated to live healthier lives. \nPre-register for a free lunch by September 29\, 2023. \nPlease note this is not an event hosted by Cancer Care Services.
