Cooking Matters 6 Week Course

An event every week that begins at 5:30pm on Thursday, repeating until November 8, 2018
Come learn how to prepare delicious and nutritious meals on a budget.

- Practical nutrition
- Food budgeting and shopping smart
- Kitchen safety and basics
Participants receive a bag of groceries each week, a workbook and 65 healthy, delicious recipes the whole family will enjoy… all for Free!
Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Participants must also be able to attend four of the six classes.
