Kids Camp

Kids Camp is a summer day camp and is free for children ages five through 13 who have a loved one undergoing active cancer treatment. Kids Camp is not for children with cancer.

There are no fees associated with camp participation. In order to be eligible the child must live with the loved one who is affected by cancer.

This camp is especially intended for children who have prior knowledge that their loved one has cancer.

In the summer of 2009, 36 Kamp Kaleidoscope kids, plus the dedicated volunteers and staff director Cindy, braved the heat to enjoy Six Flags and the Fort Worth Zoo. During the week they also went bowling, had drumming lessons and art classes.
